Get away after the election with these P&O Cruises deals

Pacific Jewel at anchor in the South Pacific.

After a long, exhausting and largely quite boring federal election campaign, P&O Cruises is inviting travellers to get away from mundane politics with a selection of special cruise deals to the South Pacific or Papua New Guinea.

Three new deals have been released, only valid for booking for a very limited period.

  • A three-night P&O Sea Break celebrating ‘Christmas in July’ travelling aboard Pacific Pearl. Departing from Sydney on 22 July, fares start from $298 per person quad share and includes a festive Christmas dinner, themed entertainment including caroling and even a mid-year visit from Santa Claus.
  • An 11-night ‘New Guinea Islands Unearthed’ voyage from Sydney to Papua New Guinea and the Conflict Islands onboard Pacific Jewel. Departing on 26 August, staterooms are priced from $749 per person quad share – 40% off the full price.
  • For those residing further north, you can hop on Pacific Eden for an 11-night Pacific Islands cruise from Cairns, visiting Espiritu Santo, Port Vila, Mystery Island and Noumea. Fares start from $699 per person quad share – half the original price. The cruise is scheduled to depart on 04 October.

All voyages include accommodation, meals in select venues, entertainment and most onboard activities. Be quick and get your booking in soon.
