Carnival Cruise Line has planned a devilish Halloween cruise for 2017.

It’s too late for this year but if you feel like a change of scenery for Halloween next year, Carnival Cruise Line has put together a truly delightful, yet ghoulish New Caledonian itinerary to help travellers mark the occasion across its two Australian ships in 2017.

Both ships will offer similar South Pacific itineraries, calling in at the same ports, albeit in a different order. Carnival Legend will sail an eight-night cruise, departing on 26 October 2017 from Sydney and visiting Noumea, Mare and Isle of Pines, with staterooms on sale from $949 per person twin share.

Sister ship Carnival Spirit will set off on 28 October, travelling on a slightly different schedule of Mare, Noumea and Isle of Pines. Cabins on this cruise are on sale at $999pp twin share.

Travellers will be scared witless on both cruises, with the ships to be beautifully decorated with plenty of Halloween-related items including spiderwebs, masks, lanterns, witches and much more. The voyage will also feature a costume party, scary movies (with some suitable for younger ages), trick or treating sessions and menu enhancements such as witches brewing at the bar, spider snacks and scary dessert items.

Halloween this year saw Carnival Spirit cruise into Sydney Harbour accompanied by a trio of witches on water skis and another parasailing. Check out the video below.
