Celebrity Cruises will become the next line to home port at the Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal.

The Arabian Peninsula will welcome another cruise line to its shores for the first time in November this year, when Celebrity Constellation is relocated to Abu Dhabi for a three-month cruise season, running regular voyages around the region & across the Arabian Sea to India.

Itineraries ranging from 9-14 nights are on sale, sailing between November and January 2017 and visiting any combination of Dubai, Muscat, Goa, Cochin and New Mangalore. For an example of fares, an Ocean View stateroom on a 12-night round-trip voyage from Abu Dhabi will be around AUD$2,319 per person twin share.

Staying closer to the home port, fares on a nine-night journey from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, Muscat and Khasab begin from $1,559 per person twin share. This sailing includes two nights in port in Dubai and another night in Muscat, allowing guests to disembark from the ship and immerse themselves in the region’s evening activity if they so choose. It also includes another night in Abu Dhabi prior to the conclusion of the voyage the following morning.

These prices are based on one pre-selected perk in the line’s ‘Go Big. Go Better. Go Best’ price structure. Guests can choose from either a Classic Beverage Package, an unlimited onboard internet package, US$300 onboard credit or prepaid gratuities.

Celebrity Constellation has been fitted with the line’s new ‘Xcelerate’ expanded bandwidth system, opening up faster internet speeds for passengers. Many voyages will feature as many as five days at sea, which opens up time to check out the Canyon Ranch Spa Club or to dine at specialty venues such as Tuscan Grille, Bistro on Five and the Cellar Masters Lounge.
