Delicacies such as caramel & chocolate flan, chantilly eclairs, cookies and cakes will be more readily available than ever before across the Princess Cruises fleet from earlier next year as the cruise line expands its relationship with Master Chocolatier Norman Love.
The expanded ‘Chocolate Journeys’ program will continue to make itself available to passengers across all three major meals of the day, meaning you can have chocolate for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you wish, and more in between as well if you so choose.
The International Cafe will wheel out a new creation each day designed by Chef Love, while the Horizon Court will feature premium chocolate items as part of its range during breakfast such as chocolate muffins, puff pastry and danishes. The yummy gooey stuff will also feature during afternoon tea in the form of chocolate bites paired with teas and other traditional items such as scones and cakes.
Items available as part of a main meal service will be included in cruise fares, while some products and experiences will be available for a surcharge.
Norman Love is an award-winning and celebrated chocolatier, trained in France and formerly the executive pastry chef of the high-end Ritz-Carlton hotel brand.
